Whitefish Patties

Ingredients

1 lb ground whitefish
1/2 c. onions
1 Tbs dijon mustard
1 Tbs fresh oregeno
1/2 tsp teaspoon. hot sauce (harissa)
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/3 c. ground oats or breadcrumbs
1 egg white
4 tbs vegetable oil salt
pepper

Instructions

Soak a little water out of the ground whitefish. All ingredients mix.
Shallow fry in vegetable oil 5 minutes per side medium heat Serve immediately with lemon juice.
